We can create an LLC, partnership or corporation typically for $250 plus the state filing fees. Expedite election addition $50 apply. Includes filing Articles with state, EIN. S Corp election additional $100 apply.

  • Preparation of articles of organization/incorporation

  • Filing of articles of organization/incorporation and transmittal information form

  • Obtaining a state seller’s permit or resale permit

  • Obtaining Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)

  • We assemble all documentations required by law and regulation, and file start-up paperwork package

​​S-Corporation Election/ Entity Conversion

 S Corporation election is $100. A late S Corp election $200. Assistance with entry structure election is $150/per 40 mns.

* We base our fees on time required at our regular rates for the type of services and personnel assigned plus out-of-pocket costs. We also give consideration to the difficulty and size of the assignment, the degree of skill required, time limitations imposed on us by others, the experience and ability of the personnel assigned, the nature of the project, the level of cooperation by the client’s staff, and the value of the services to the client.
